Community/Population
The Community statistic represents the barony's population.
Loyalty
The loyalty statistic indicates the citizen's favor towards the baroness's methods.
Military
The Military statistic represents the barony's military prowess and its ability to defend against threats.
Economy
The Economy statistic measures the barony's productivity and affects the state's income.
Relations
The Relations statistic indicates the external and, to a point, internal diplomatic ties of the barony. In small baronies the Regent covers matters of the Relations and will ask to assign a Grand Diplomat when necessary.
Divine
The Divine statistic reflects the barony's piety and support of religious works in the region.
Arcane
The arcane statistic represents the barony's development of new arcane practices and accumulation of arcane knowledge. In small baronies the High Priests covers matters of the arcane and will ask to assign a magister when necessary.
Stability
The stability statistic represents internal security and how compliant the barony's subjects are. In small baronies the General covers matters of the Stability and will ask to assign a Warden when necessary.
Culture
The culture statistic measures the cultural and educational development of the barony and its subjects. In small baronies the Councilor covers matters of the culture and will ask to assign a curator when necessary.
Espionage
The Espionage statistic reflects the strength of barony's spy networl and counter-intelligence efforts. In small baronies the grand diplomat covers matters of the Espionage and will ask to assign a Spymaster when necessary.

In Pathfinder: Kingmaker there are multiple leader slots you can assign, they can give you unique bonuses, or other opportunities. Leaders will act according to their position in government, beliefs and alignment. Choose wisely! Note that the Effects lists assume no Ability score improvements have been applied to that Candidate, Companions can have a greater effect with ability score increases and enhancement bonuses from any gear.
Kingdom Leaders
Regent
The Regent makes sure that the complaints and the worries of the subjects are heard by their ruler, acting as a connecting link between the baron and the people. They use their Charisma modifier to impact Community.
Councilor
The Councilor tends to the worries the common folk, including land disputes and matters of agriculture. This adviser ensures citizens remain loyal to the throne. They use their Wisdom modifier to impact Loyalty.
