There are 5 shrines, 4 of which are called "Mysterious Shrines", and the last called "Giggling Hill".
Put the megaliths on the O for each column:

Beware an enemy will spawn after you aligned all the megaliths, defeat it to get rewards.

Actually, if you look closer you will notice that this guide tells all.
in each shrine you can only change one column.
So for example column two you have to set the monolith to the second lowest plate. Just check the number of the column with the one you can change in the shrine you are at that moment.
