Notes & Tips

There are three mastodons in the center of the map. Buffs shouldn't be necessary. Behind them lays the skeletal remains for which the location is named, with a DC 23 Perception chest hidden under it's outstretched claw. Inside a recipe for Mastodon Steak, 150 GP, and 3 Potions of Cure Serious Wounds. Just to the left, by the skull, is +2 Two-Bladed Sword. In the northwest corner there is a hidden rock pile with a trivial check that contains a Token of the Dryad. Lastly, a sack to the east contains 230 GP, some rings, and a couple pieces of cheese.
